Some ideas, the glow lights are part of the mechanism.
But it also have runes, which brights when danger is near.

From the series of Traveling mounts, i built this tiger, which is inspired and mixed between Warcraft and Horizon Zero Dawn.
Like my last work the raptor mount, its built with some mechanical units on its body. The flag represents Honor, which is seen by other warriors.
Also took the original concept by Shaun Keenan as inspiration.
